  1. The blt2cx??.c files are modules called by blt2demo.c.  It is from these
  2. files that blt2demo.exe was built, using the static link library.  The
  3. Bullet DLL may also be used after compiling this and linking to the Bullet
  4. import library, bullet2i.lib.  The platform.h file is used to switch
  5. among the varios platforms supported (DOSX32 available right now, besides
  6. OS/2, with more to follow).
